I can thoroughly recommend the Sense IP call recorder supplied by MMR. It works splendidly on our N3 voice network telephone system and is very easy to use. Calls can be identified and retrieved quickly; this has proved to be extremely useful when we have had to find recorded calls in order to deal with specific incidents.
We are able to find calls by various methods such as; date and time of call, number called and calling line identity. We have used call recorders in the past and found them to be very difficult and time consuming to use i.e. difficult to find a call and, when found, the need to listen to the whole of the call before moving on. The Sense product is excellent as it negates the need for that process, is quicker and more cost effective and suits the needs of a busy practice such as Tower Hill perfectly.
